Shipping Carrier We ship all orders via Australia Post. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery through the Australia Post website at auspost.com.au.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Standard Shipping (Australia Post): 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping (Australia Post Express): 1–3 business days

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your delivery address.

Delivery Areas We currently ship to all addresses within Australia, including regional and remote areas. Please note that delivery to remote locations may take additional time.

Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can lodge an enquiry with Australia Post on your behalf.
